Refund policy

At Mitisha Jaipur, we strive to ensure that every order meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after the required bank details are provided.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed as per this policy.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by Mitisha Jaipur.

For returns due to any other reason, return shipping charges may be applicable and will be communicated during the return process.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
